Client Overview:
Our client operates a Mobile Medical Company, delivering healthcare services to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), and homes. Specializing in dementia care, personal assistance, companion care, medication management, and skilled nursing, they prioritize enhancing patients' quality of life.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with your dedicated Medical Assistant and support team to address patient needs promptly, aiming to minimize hospitalizations and enhance quality of life.
- Engage in weekly web meetings (via TEAMS) for physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Participate in Medicare's Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
- Ensure accurate documentation and billing in E-Clinical Works, adhering to Medicare and practice standards.
- Rotate in provider on-call duties.
- Conduct telehealth appointments as necessary.

- Dedicated to facility visits (SNFs and ALFs) - Ocala, Citrus County and The Villages, FL
- Dedicated to home care visits - Citrus County and Marion County
Qualifications:
- Preferred 3-5 years of experience in geriatrics, though not required
- Ideal candidates will possess experience working within a mobile practice setting
- Active and unrestricted Florida Physician Assistant license
- DEA License
- Proficiency with E-Clinical Works EHR platform is preferred
