Part-Time Executive Chauffeur and Security Specialist

The Tyndale Company, an award-winning privately held, family-owned, and growing certified woman-owned business, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Executive Chauffeur and Security Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional safety and service to various executives, especially the company President and family. Your outstanding communication skills, proactive mindset, and strong knowledge of the Greater Philadelphia and New York Metro areas are essential for your success.

This role involves driving a company-provided vehicle on diverse trips, including airport transit, corporate visits, personal itineraries, dining, and errands. Scheduling will be handled by the CEO's Executive Assistant.

*This is a flexible part-time opportunity with varying schedules week to week and month to month. Candidates must be adaptable and available on short notice for evening, weekend, and as-needed shifts, and should reside in Bucks County, PA.*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, efficient, and comfortable transportation and protection services in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance, appointments, and cleanliness, ensuring reliability at all times.
  • Conduct pre-drive checks, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition.
  • Maintain detailed travel logs, documenting mileage, locations, travel duration, and expenses.
  • Uphold a professional appearance through smart casual corporate-branded attire.
  • Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of all passengers.
  • Plan alternative routes in advance to manage unexpected travel disruptions.
  • Provide security support and protect passengers when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must pass comprehensive background checks.
  • Previous experience in security driving, military, or law enforcement preferred.
  • Possess a Concealed Weapon Permit or reciprocity for the state of assignment; PA Act 235 Certification is a plus.
  • Flexible with availability for evening, weekend, and as-needed work.
  • Strong situational awareness and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the capacity to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to interact warmly and professionally with executives and guests.
  • Familiar with GPS and proficient in local traffic navigation.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Must perform effectively, without any factors hindering cognitive or mechanical abilities.
  • Able to drive safely in both daytime and nighttime conditions with natural or corrected 20/20 vision.
