Atlantic Health System is Seeking a Pediatrician for the Child Development and Autism Center in Morristown, New Jersey
Goryeb Children’s Hospital at Morristown Medical Center, part of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a dedicated physician to join our team. This non-ACGME fellowship is the perfect opportunity for a pediatrician with a strong interest in developmental pediatrics to work side-by-side with Child Development Center physicians and nurse practitioners. This is a chance to commit through observation, reading, attending case conferences and all other means to acquire the necessary knowledge base and skills necessary to evaluate infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with possible developmental, learning, and behavioral deficits.
Key responsibilities include training and mentoring residents and medical students, providing pediatric primary care one half-day per week, and supervising clinical care in the HealthStart clinic one half-day per week. This role emphasizes a commitment to delivering quality, coordinated care, supported by our electronic medical record system to enhance service continuity across the Hospital.
Outstanding growth & mentorship opportunities with an opportunity to broaden this experience within the division (child Neurology and Developmental medicine) or genetics.
