Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team of veterinary technicians and assistants, with a strong focus on training and development.
  • Develop innovative systems and protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care every day.
  • Be a cheerleader, coach, and mentor, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Champion a culture of open communication and provide ongoing performance feedback.
  • Schedule effectively for optimal workflow and patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed CVT in Pennsylvania (or license eligible)
  • Experienced in small animal clinical practice, surgery, and team leadership
  • Proven skills in team building, feedback, and skill development
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • A confident decision-maker who values continuous learning and feedback from others
  • Humble and empathetic leader who empowers others to succeed
  • Problem-solver with a knack for creative solutions
  • Strong belief in providing a spectrum of care with compassion and understanding
