job summary:
Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Inspector to ensure product quality and compliance by identifying assembly non-conformances, performing corrective actions, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle changing priorities. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and identify non-conformances in assemblies, performing necessary corrections to uphold quality standards Follow detailed written and verbal instructions, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve quality issues Obtain and maintain certifications for assigned inspection equipment and cross-train in other areas as needed Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and efficiency Adhere to the physical requirements outlined in job analysis forms (specific tasks may require lifting and extended standing)

work hours: 7:00AM to 3:30PM
