Other skilled nursing visit opportunities are available as well as wound care, ostomy care, etc… Flexible Hours - Ranges from 1-hour visits to 6 hours visits depending on the client.\ The RN is responsible for the following: * Provide health promotion, counseling and education * Ensuring that care is delivered appropriately, and the standards of quality are adhered to * Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions * Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals * Completing annual skills assessments and competencies for LPNs and CNAs/Caregivers, * Training and supervising healthcare personnel like LPNs, CNAs, and Caregivers.
