Job Type Full-time Exemption Type Exempt Location CINCINNATI, OH - Cincinnati, OH 45249 US (Primary) Category Industry Professional Travel 50% Job Description ORC is seeking a full-time, exempt Right of Way Agent to work on projects based out of Cincinnati, OH. The selected candidate must reside within a 40-mile radius of Cincinnati, OH, and will have the flexibility to work from their home office, but must report to the Cincinnati, OH office as requested. The selected candidate can expect to travel locally and throughout the state about 50% of the time based on project requirements. What you will be doing: As a Right of Way Agent, you will provide land acquisition and relocation services, per project guidelines and regulations, for federally funded road projects throughout the right-of-way project lifecycle in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. This includes preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. You will be responsible for performing general administrative work including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.
