Thursday - Saturday: 2:30pm-11pm & Monday: 6:30am-3pm

Pay Range $35-$40/hour

Your Typical Daily Responsibilities

  • Follow up on physicians orders and report clinical care information
  • Provide medication administration and report any adverse reactions
  • Ensure resident care and service plans are followed
  • Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict positively
  • Update and review resident medical records

Skills Required for Success

  • Flexible and adaptable with strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
  • Works with a sense of urgency and pays close attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer and mobile device skills

Our Minimum Requirements

  • Current unencumbered LVN or LPN license in the State in which this community is located
  • CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to work the defined schedule for this position
