About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Representative at 360 Painting of East Brunswick. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, helping to promote our brand and drive sales in Central New Jersey.

Responsibilities:
  • Canvas neighborhoods and offer estimating services for interior and/or exterior painting to residents.
  • Distribute promotional materials and educate the public about our services
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Collect and report data on customer feedback and market trends
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in marketing or sales is a plus
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Compensation:
For every lead that you book into a scheduled estimate that leads to a quote, we will pay you $35. This payment is NOT dependent upon whether or not we are able to close the sale.

Compensation: $2.00 - $200.00 per hour
