The Senior Corporate Tax Manager will be responsible for federal, state and local Income Tax compliance, provision, planning, research and accounting. Additionally, this role will manage a team of Senior Tax professionals and work collaboratively with leadership across the organization.

The right candidate for this Senior Corporate Tax Manager role will have:

  • CPA and Master's in Accountancy
  • 9-11 years of progressive and relevant experience
  • Experience working in Big 4 tax firm or similar large, national firm.
  • Broad experience in corporate income tax for large companies (compliance, provision, planning, accounting and research)
  • Desire for ongoing career growth
  • History of career progression and stability

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
