As an EHS Plant Services Leader, you will take a leadership role in overseeing the activities of three hourly associates during the 1st shift. You will coordinate tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, and participate in environmental, health, and safety initiatives. Reporting directly to the Maintenance and Facilities Superintendent you will communicate with the Environmental, Health, and Safety department to ensure compliance with work order completion and adherence to PPG EHS and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

Manage three hourly employees, overseeing their daily activities and ensuring work is completed safely.

Coordinate task completion, involving collaboration with production and maintenance teams.

Address noted deficiencies promptly, ensuring corrective actions are taken.

Input daily information into database systems, including printing and closing work orders, generating new work requests, and tracking completion of tasks.

Conduct meetings and training sessions, participating in other required team meetings.

Perform administrative duties related to Environmental, Health, and Safety, including data entry and compliance with relevant protocols.

Work with the team to implement changes in job methods, operational improvements, and safety protocols.

Engage in matters concerning employee safety, training, and provide counseling/mentoring.

Support safety, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in EHS field, chemistry, engineering, or related science

3+ years' experience in manufacturing, supervision, or related factory work.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software.
