Job Description/ Responsibilities
• Manage the ServiceNow licenses for Client
• Liaison with ServiceNow High team to get the issues resolved
• Project manage the modules on boarding
• Stakeholder management
• Report on regular basis about the macro level ServiceNow modules implementation and connects with ServiceNow team
• Technical evaluation of Client requirements on new modules and implementations
• Must take ownership of managing client and ServiceNow communications
