LPN - USFTGP - Clinical Operations

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift or move 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- LPN: High School diploma or equivalent. Licensed as Practical Nurse in accordance with Florida Statute 464 - maintain an active Florida license. BLS/AED certification is required and must be maintained; demonstrated competency within 90 days required.
- EMT: High School diploma or equivalent required. Registration as an EMT (NREMT). EMC Certified may substitute. BLS and AED certification is required and must be maintained; demonstrated competency within 90 days required. Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as a EMT or EMR.
