The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the budget development, coordination and roll up of budget for annual submission. The Analyst will monitor budget execution data to determine spending patterns and performance against plan budget execution milestones. The Analyst will support the development and monitoring of support agreements used to coordinate trading partner commitments. The Analyst should be able to work independently, solve issues and have strong customer interface skills.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or similar discipline
  • Government, AGA or ASMC certification and involvement
  • Familiarity with DoD PPBES framework
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong data analytics skills, ability to identify trends and variances
  • Experience tracking and reporting on commitments, obligations and expenditures
  • Prior experience with Navy ERP and G-Invoicing
  • Experience at BUMED or DoD healthcare business office
