The Washington County Home is seeking qualified applicants for open LPN Charge Nurse positions. Apply now to join our nursing team * * DUTIES: Addressing care needs of residents, monitoring residents and communicating with physicians, administering medications, entering orders and processing prescription refills, supervising Resident Assistants and working with staff to obtain proper staffing levels as needed, and ensuring resident safety. PAY: Starting rate is $25.00/hour Shift Differential, Holiday Pay First step increase will take place 6 months from start date OPENINGS: Part-time: Includes 2-3 shifts/week, including every other weekend 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a Full-time: Includes 4-5 shifts/week, including every other weekend 2p-10p PRN (As Needed): As scheduled, with a minimum of 16 hours/month 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a Part-time: Includes 2-3 shifts/week, flexible scheduling 4p-8p *May combine shifts to obtain Full-time status (5 shifts/week, including every other weekend) *AVAILABLE BENEFITS: * Sick & Vacation All Federal holidays are observed Monthly Schedules Health, vision, dental, life insurance PERS (Public Employee Retirement System) Deferred Compensation Sick Leave Incentive Bonus Employees receive free meal during each shift worked After 1 year employment, 6 uniform items are purchased for each employee ABOUT US: The Washington County Home is the most unique facility in the county that sits on almost 300 acres of land. We are increasing our farm-to-table approach, including vegetables from our garden, beef from our cattle, and eggs from our chickens. Our facility is run as an assisted living facility and is governed by the county commissioners. The facility has a capacity to hold 60 residents and we are thoughtful with each admission, ensuring the individual will be a good fit with our current population.
