* Experience: Minimum of 10 years of SAP testing and cutover experience, with a focus on S/4HANA, preferably in Private Cloud RISE environment

* SAP Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and cutover methodologies, with proven experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery

* Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex testing and cutover activities in large-scale SAP implementation

* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

* Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues, make decisions under pressure, and drive continuous improvement

Preferred Skills:

* SAP certifications related to S/4HANA or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile)

* Experience in Tricentis qTest testing solution

* Knowledge of change management principles to support user adoption and transition during the cutover
