In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
- CNA’sprovide direct care toall genders ofresidents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat eachresidentwith respect and dignity.
- Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovideattentive care.
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Completion of MN CNA program and active on MN registry.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
