Aspiring for a Dynamic Leader to Lead Our Door-to-Door Sales Team at Solar Works Energy

What You'll Do:

  • Lead by Example: Hit the streets and knock doors alongside your team, demonstrating best practices in sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Build and Motivate Teams: Recruit, train, and empower a high-performing team of door-to-door sales representatives. Provide ongoing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Drive Results: Set ambitious sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them. Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement initiatives to optimize team performance.
  • Foster a Positive Culture: Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment where team members feel valued, motivated, and supported in their professional growth.
Requirements

  1. Proven experience in door-to-door sales, with a track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and fostering positive relationships.
  4. Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving performance and achieving measurable outcomes.
  5. Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable, with a willingness to embrace challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
