Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. We provide dental implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority. The Data Analyst is a critical member of our department, responsible for leveraging data to drive insights, optimize processes, and enhance reporting capabilities. This individual will improve data accessibility, accuracy, and presentation to empower decision-making across the organization. St George, UT location is preferred, but remote is an option as well.

Hours are full time Monday-Friday 40hrs a week.

Responsibilities:

-Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

-Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

-Identify data quality issues and implement processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and develop solutions.

-Monitor and improve the performance of existing data pipelines and reporting tools.

-Proactively explore opportunities to enhance data visualization and storytelling for business impact.

-Document processes, definitions, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.

-Advanced proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries for large datasets.

-Hands-on experience with business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

-Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

-Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

-Self-starter with a passion for learning and staying current on data and analytics best practices.

-Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and database management is a plus.

-Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
