Behavioral Health Clinic Supervisor, UHS Binghamton General Hospital United Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinic Supervisor to join our Mental Health department at UHS Binghamton General Hospital in Binghamton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Overview

The Behavioral Health Clinic Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and administration of a behavioral health clinic. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in mental health and substance use disorder services and demonstrated leadership abilities. The supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. They provide guidance and support to clinical staff, facilitate team collaboration, and implement best practices to optimize clinic operations.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Minimum Required:

  • Associates Degree

  • Three (3) years relevant medical office experience; one (1) year in a supervisory role

  • Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Previous experience in Behavioral Health (Mental Health or Substance Use Disorder treatment)

License/Certification
