ENERCON's West Coast Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Project Engineer/Business Lead to join the team based in Kennewick, WA, Glendale, AZ, Emeryville, CA, San Luis Obispo or Ft. Worth, TX. This position may also be onsite with one of our clients. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of interdisciplinary engineering projects, orchestrating the collaboration of diverse teams to bring innovative solutions to life. Responsibilities- Provide interdisciplinary coordination for design engineering projects and serve as a technical leader to ensure the project solution and quality goals are met
- Work with technical staff to develop winning, highly technical, engineering proposals
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to established schedule and within budget
- Understand project schedules, project management plans, and manage project staff to ensure project requirements are met
- Formulate/develop detailed project reports
- Understand project financials and be able to report regularly to management on financial status and overall project performance
- Foster and maintain working relations with assigned clients and act as a single point of contact for assigned projects
- Manage client interactions and negotiate / control project scope to client and company's satisfaction
- Aggressively support marketing efforts, including identification of new opportunities, proposal preparation, and follow-up
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or a related field) OR PMP Certification and 5 years' applicable experience
- Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in a nuclear energy facility
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the nuclear industry as an Engineer or Project Manager
- Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
- Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
- Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
- Ability to travel between 15-25% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks
- Position may occasionally require a client site assignment lasting several months at a time

Salary Range
The salary range for this full-time position is below. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Pay RangeUSD $88,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.
