We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join their packaging department on all shifts, with the opportunity for full-time, permanent positions. Position: Packaging Operator Shifts: 2nd shift Location: Wanamingo, Mn. Pay Rate: 23.50 per hour What’s the Job? Operate packaging machinery efficiently and safely to package baby formula products according to company specifications and quality standards. Monitor the production line to ensure proper functioning of equipment and packaging materials, making adjustments as needed. Conduct regular quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet strict safety and quality requirements. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product integrity and safety. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the packaging area and equipment, following company hygiene protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines. Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed. What’s Needed? Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
