Personal Assistant For A Family In Bal Harbour, FL

Personal Assistant needed in Bal Harbour, FL. The schedule is full time, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. The household consists of a couple and two children. The PA will be charged with household administration, booking appointments, calendar management, booking travel, assisting with creative projects, social media etc.

Typical duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Booking travel/appointments, making calls (creating detailed itineraries, making restaurant & hotel reservations, scheduling transportation etc.)
  • Personal assisting and managing separate schedules for the couple and children.
  • Assisting with event planning, decoration, arranging gift purchase for family and friends etc.
  • Running errands as requested
  • All other duties as required
Job Requirements.
  • Minimum of 5 years personal assistant experience with verifiable references
  • Strong command of English language; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities with prioritization and efficiency
  • Positive, friendly, professional and must use utmost discretion at all times

Compensation & Benefits: $90k per year, PTO. Other benefits TBD
