Civil Staff Professional II

We are actively seeking a Civil Staff Professional II to join our dedicated team of professionals in Harrisburg, PA. As a Civil Staff Professional II, key responsibilities include:
- Designing portions of public infrastructure projects (pavement, storm sewer systems, ESC & SWM BMPs, etc.)
- Performing municipal subdivision, land development, and stormwater management plan reviews
- Preparing drainage, stormwater management, erosion & sedimentation control, and other reports required for project permits and approvals
- Developing regulatory permitting applications (DEP, USACE, NPDES, etc.)
- Assisting with developing public bidding documents and administering construction contracts
- Performing construction observation
- Preparing opinions of probable construction cost
- Assisting with preparation of MS4 annual reports
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- E.I.T. certification required
- Minimum 2 -4 years' experience to include:
o Land Development
o Municipal Engineering
o Storm Water Management
o Regulatory Permitting
- Previous internship with a consulting engineering firm preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various engineering software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, etc.)
- Team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills
- Requires travel to job sites, meetings, and regional offices (Thus a valid driver's license is required)
- Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
