Sutter Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a role in Orinda, California.

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in the NICU, focusing on the neonatal population, and also to adults with impairments due to illness, injury, or developmental issues.
Assess and develop treatment plans for patients, ensuring all documentation is completed according to regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and contribute to performance improvement efforts.
Flexible shift assignments may include adult patient care if needed.

Qualifications

Graduate of accredited occupational therapy program.
Licensed Occupational Therapist and Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.
CCS Paneled Occupational Therapist preferred.
2 years of relevant experience, including NICU experience.
Strong critical thinking, complex problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in demanding environments and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Work Schedule and Benefits

Short hour shifts with rotating weekends.
Non-exempt position with 16 hours per week.
Base pay range of $60.11 to $75.14 per hour, with comprehensive benefits package.
