Window EstimatorSalesperson

Lighthouse Windows is looking to hire a reliable, dependable person to fill our estimator/salesperson position. Applicants must be hardworking, punctual, and honest. Job entails meeting with customers at their homes to discuss their needs, measuring windows and providing quotes. Applicants are preferred to have some background and knowledge in construction, must be able to measure windows and doors with accuracy, have a detail-oriented mind-set and be able to learn quoting software for different window manufactures.

Duties and Responsibilities

Have a basic understanding of Windows and how to Install Windows as well as understanding the different types of window applications (retro fit vs new construction)

Arrive at appointments on time.

Meet with homeowners at their property.

Listen to clients' needs.

Communicate with clients in a calm and professional manner.

Discuss different options that best suit the clients' goals.

Take precise measurements.

Generate quotes and email to clients within 1 day.

Communicate with other Team Members in the Office as well as installers.

Respond to any customer questions daily via calls or emails.

Follow up with customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

Valid Driver's License

Able to work full-time.

Must be punctual.

Some construction knowledge/experience

Bilingual communication skills a plus

Must provide referrals from past job experience.

Must consent to a background check.

Must have a reliable source of transportation to get to and from work, however a company vehicle will be provided for them while out on appointments.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
