The IT Manager (Project Focused) will provide administrative support to the development team, assist in managing projects, organize and maintain documentation, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth operation of the development department.

Job Duties/Essential Functions:
  • Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software
  • Assist with projects in alignment with organizational goals
  • Install, configure, test and maintain network systems
  • Ensure successful hardware installation
  • Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies
  • Research newest technical trends and present to upper management
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure available
  • Identify new market opportunities
  • Develop systems or process to improve IT
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as needed
