Join our team as a Full Time Physical Therapist for Home Health
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist to provide skilled treatment and training to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs. Your contributions will directly impact the well-being and independence of our patients.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience preferred
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
