As the Head of Distribution Technology, you will play a key role in developing a Distribution platform, including Salesforce products and other SAAS solutions for internal collaboration, analytics, and reporting. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a team of technology professionals and shape the future of our technology landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce platform development, implementation, and administration.
- Proven track record of effectively leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Tableau Server, CRM Analytics, and Data Cloud.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.
- Some experience with Optimizely or a similar Digital Experience platform.
- Demonstrable experience working effectively in a heavily distributed environment.
- Experience with the asset management industry.
This role will sit HYBRID out of either Charlotte, NC | Boston, MA | Milwaukee, WI | San Francisco, CA.
