Being an Environmental Services Specialist is the prestigious next step if you have previous experience as a housekeeper, janitor or other sanitation specialist.

We have an opening for an EVS Specialist/Floor Tech in a state-of-the-art hospital in the Maricopa area. Must have previous floor care experience. Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus. There is a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Job duties for the EVS/Floorcare Specialist include, but are not limited to:
  • Cleaning patients' rooms.
  • Cleaning waiting rooms and offices.
  • Maintain daily cleaning of various types of floors throughout the facility.
  • Stripping and waxing floors.
  • Shower Scrubbing restroom floors.
  • Working in the food services department preparing patient meals
  • Assist in other duties as needed throughout the facility.

The qualified candidate should be organized, a self-starter, detail oriented, punctual and have good people skills. They should demonstrate a positive, encouraging and teamwork attitude. They must maintain a professional appearance. Must have previous floor care experience. Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus.
