This is a contract assignment through 1/14/2025.

Duties & responsibilities for the Data Admin Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Customer Service - assisting clients with their order inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Expedite and update purchase orders/quotes - enter data in tracking systems
  • Analyze orders and backlogs to develop plans to expedite distribution of products
  • Track stock levels and delivery times
  • Other duties as assigned

Background Profile of the Data Admin Specialist include:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a similar field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in ERP and CRM systems a plus
  • Experience with order processing and warehouse control
  • Good knowledge and experience with basic PC skills; Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail-oriented
