Resilite Sports Product's core purpose is to provide foam-based tools with a purpose; building relationships and trust by solving problems; with a passion for sports and athletic safety. The spray room is the second department in our three-department production process. A sprayer contributes to our mission by spraying and placing markings on custom made foam. The two other departments depend on a sprayer's craftmanship, timeliness and attention to details. Job Responsibilities: Accurately read tape measure Attention to details Prep paint for spray application Spray mats according to order specs Apply letters and logos to products Maintaining clean work area Requirements: Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Willingness to always follow safety guidelines Good physical condition and endurance Must be able to wear a half mask respirator Ability to report to work as scheduled to support team members and business operations Performing other department-related duties as assigned Benefits 401k Health insurance Optional dental, vision, life EEO
