Job Description: The Affiliate Marketing Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing client affiliate programs across multiple verticals and platforms. Reporting to the Director, the Lead will take ownership of strategy development, partnership management, and client communication, ensuring the successful execution of affiliate campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of affiliate programs, including strategy development, partnership recruitment, and optimization efforts.
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with clients and partners to drive growth and success.
  • Oversee the execution of affiliate campaigns, from account setup to performance analysis and reporting.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on industry trends and campaign performance.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and weekly pacing reports to ensure adherence to client goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate affiliate strategies with broader media plans.
  • Participate in new business pitches and contribute to the development of affiliate stories and strategies.
Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
