We are looking for a kind and passionate CMT/CMA to work in healthcare facility administering medication to residents according to prescribed scheduled, maintaining accurate medication records and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

Work Hours & Benefits
  • Location -Redwood City, Californi
  • Schedule- AM/PM every Saturday and Sunday
  • Paid Sick Leave
  • Mileage Reimbursement - We'll provide you with the technology to track your mileage and we'll compensate for all travel from one client to another.
  • Performance Evaluation - Be evaluated after 3 months of active employment.
Education, Experience, Skills, and (Licensing) Requirements:
  • Education - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Characteristics - This is an autonomous position, so we're looking for individuals that are self-motivated, independent, and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback. We're also looking for individuals that are compassionate, trustworthy, and service-minded.
  • Certification and Other Requirements:
    • Must have a CNA certification
    • Must have a CPR certification
    • Must have a Medication Technician/Aide certification in the state of Californi
    • Must have a smartphone for clock in/out and communication
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • uthorized to work in the United States
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience working in a senior living facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
CMT/CMA Job Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
  • Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medication and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records for all residents.
  • Assist with medication management, including ordering, storing, and disposing of medications as needed.
  • Provide support to residents with activities of daily living, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the holistic care of residents.
  • Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
  • Participate in training and educational opportunities to stay current on medication administration practices and senior care standards.
