Pay: $14.50/hr

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical certification or degree in a related field preferred. Previous experience in automotive parts inspection or quality control is highly desirable, along with knowledge of inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection aids. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting are required, along with lifting up to 35 pounds.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of Volvo automotive parts and components.
  • Ensure all inspected parts meet or exceed established quality standards, specifications, and tolerances.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records.
  • Document all findings, discrepancies, and inspection results using digital tools and software for reporting and data analysis.
  • Report any non-conforming parts to the Quality Control Supervisor.
  • Provide recommendations for corrective actions.
