- Manage lead sources and optimize their conversion.
- Oversee lead generation to ensure excellent customer communication.
- Review and manage contracts and customer projects.
- Handle materials orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist the warehouse manager with material deliveries and light physical tasks.
- Maintain our CRM system to track leads, projects, and customer communications.
- Schedule projects efficiently to meet client deadlines.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Lead the hiring and training process for new team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Supervise the bookkeeper to ensure financial accuracy and proper accounting.
- Generate reports to evaluate profitability, performance, and team accountability.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- 2-5 years of experience in Operations Management
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs of materials as needed
- Prior experience in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry is preferred
