Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor at Rosen Hotels & Resorts works closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, adhering to Company Standards They are responsible for providing ongoing coaching, training, and development to the front desk staff The Front Desk Supervisor will also prepare reports, handle special projects, and assist in various assignments as required

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing and coordinating front desk operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team, ensuring exceptional guest service
- Conduct ongoing coaching and training sessions to enhance the skills of front desk staff
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to front desk activities and performance
- Handle special projects and assignments as directed by the Front Office Manager
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with Company Standards for guest check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures
- Assist with scheduling and shift planning to maintain adequate front desk coverage
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment for the front desk team
- Possess a strong understanding of hotel policies and services to effectively communicate with guests and address their inquiries
