Job Description: MS Power Platform Applications Developer
We are seeking a skilled and motivated MS Power Platform Applications Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and training users on Power Platform tools, providing best practices for application development, and monitoring environments to ensure optimal usage, efficiency, and security. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our solutions and empowering users to leverage the Power Platform to its fullest potential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support and training on Microsoft Power Platform tools to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and presentations to enhance user understanding and proficiency in Power Platform applications.
  • Share best practices for application development and usage of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Monitor and analyze usage data and application performance to optimize efficiency and ensure security across the environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to improve business processes.
  • Assist with the implementation of Citizen Development initiatives and support users in creating their own applications.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in application development and deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Power Platform and related technologies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Citizen Development tools and enabling end-users to create applications.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and monitoring within the Power Platform environment.
Bonus skills
  • Experience with Vista Viewpoint and a background in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in delivering training and presentations effectively.
  • A team player who collaborates well with others and contributes positively to the team environment.
  • A passion for learning and growing, with a desire to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
