1Source, an Examinetics company, is looking for a full-time Triage RN to join our team This role is Monday-Friday on site at our Griffith, IN office and will be responsible for responsible for triaging employee incidents and determining the appropriate course of treatment for an injured worker. The role will assist with first aid management of employee workers compensation incidents, as well as coordinating employee access to healthcare services when appropriate. This role involves working closely with employees, employers, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate seamless access to care and optimize patient outcomes. On call rotations are required on weekdays/weekends on an as needed basis.

- Determine employee needs and eligibility for services and ensure case is progressing appropriately
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their questions and concerns regarding their care and access to services.
- Monitor and track employee progress, ensuring adherence to care plans and timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee interactions, care plans, and outcomes.
- Work closely with employees, employers and other members of the collaborative team to ensure effective management and employee compliance to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Education/Employment:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
- Either a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Work experience in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of Urgent care or emergency care practices.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and familiarity with OSHA reporting guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, employers and healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Certification in case management (CCM) or Occupational Health (COHN)
