Job Description:

The Manufacturing Engineer - III is responsible for supporting the generation of large volumes of TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy) metrology data, ensuring high data quality control, screening for errors, and performing statistical analysis. This position involves analyzing data and generating reports to support manufacturing processes, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support TEM Metrology Data Generation: Assist in the generation of large volumes of TEM metrology data.
  • Data Quality Control: Ensure the quality of data by screening for errors and performing quality checks.
  • Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis of data and generate reports to communicate findings and support process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection and processing for manufacturing purposes.
  • Report Generation: Develop clear, concise reports based on analysis to inform decision-making processes and improve manufacturing operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.
  • BS is REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CD Measurements/Metrology: Hands-on experience in critical dimension (CD) measurements or metrology is highly preferred.
  • Semiconductor Knowledge: Basic knowledge of semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or metrology-related roles.
  • SEM/TEM Experience: While not critical, experience with Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) or Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) is a plus.
Additional Skills:
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage large datasets and identify discrepancies or errors in data.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong statistical and analytical skills for interpreting complex data and generating actionable reports.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
