Radiology Technician

Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using fixed and portable radiographic equipment. Adjust and control complex diagnostic equipment to optimally image and present the area(s) of interest. Maintain general condition and readiness of the work area. Applies ionizing radiation only at the direction of a licensed practitioner and does not perform parenteral procedures.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Actively enrolled in or graduated from an accredited Radiology Technology academic program.

Required Credentials:

  • Current Washington State Registered X-ray Technician

  • Upon successful completion of technologist academic program becomes ARRT-R eligible with completion and acquisition of ARRT & WA State Certification within 6 months

  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers

Preferred:

  • ARRT-R registered.

  • Current BLS certification with the ability to perform CPR.

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
