ARSIEM is looking for a CNO Analyst/Programmer 3. This position will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities
    • Provides custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques.
    • Designs and develops end-to-end data flow and tasking into CNO tools developed.
    • Provides/authors documentation and participates in design, code, and software readiness reviews following the Government's software development procedures and processes.
Minimum Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.
    • Four (4) years of programming experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.
    • In place of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years for a total of eight (8) years of programming experience in computer science, information systems, or network engineering.
    • 4 years of experience in network sockets programming, including developing packet-level programs and expert packet level understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols.
    • Software development in one (1) or more of the following: 1. Windows application using Visual Studio or .NET environments, or 2. Unix/Linux applications using make files or comparable build environments
Capabilities
    • Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
    • Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open-source build environments.
    • Provide/author documentation, and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
    • Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed.
    • Provide/author documentation, design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
    • Provide/author and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.


Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? If you do, ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is $10,000, and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
