Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in patient care conferences and family conferences
  • Supervise support staff and provide input for program development

Qualifications/Licensure:

  • At least one (1) year of occupational therapy experience
  • Graduate of an occupational therapy school approved by appropriate organizations
  • Current state occupational therapist license and driver's license

Education: Doctorate or better (Required), Masters or better (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications: Driver License, Automobile Insurance, Occupational Therapist
