Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee and manage MEP installations on our commercial projects in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP systems, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to ensuring project excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage MEP installations on commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of MEP crews, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Coordination: Work closely with general contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and progress updates.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent on commercial projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and installations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing MEP aspects of commercial construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
