The CNS will utilize their expert clinical knowledge, skills, and competencies to provide direct patient care, educate staff, and implement evidence-based practices.

  • Provide advanced, direct care to critically ill patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
  • Conduct and facilitate regular training sessions to ensure staff competency and professional development.
  • Lead and participate in critical care unit rounds, case reviews, and interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Disseminate research findings through presentations, publications, and professional forums.
Candidate requirements Master's Degree in Nursing with specialization in clinical nursing. Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in critical care. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are mandatory. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in the specialty area. Strong proficiency in clinical assessment and critical thinking. Competence in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical technologies. Why work with us?
