Emergency Medical Technician

We're seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians to join our team and provide compassionate, high-quality patient care. In addition to basic and advanced medical procedures, the role involves assessing situations, leading the Paramedic team, and maintaining strong community relations. Responsibilities:

  • Assess each call situation and apply progressive EMT protocols
  • Administer medical care using specialized equipment and procedures
  • Communicate with patients and their families to provide information and assurance
  • Take on a leadership role when necessary
  • Drive the ambulance during emergency responses
  • Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel
  • Participate in community programs to maintain a positive image and strong relations

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Active EMT certification and state driver's license
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS or PEPP certifications
  • Compliance with company driving record policy
  • Passing of the Physical Agility Test
  • Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
