About this role: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in Kidney Care, where you will provide specialized care for patients with end stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. As part of our close-knit team, you will play a vital role in delivering unique care plans and dialysis treatment while building lasting relationships with patients and their families.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in decision-making, teaching, and leadership functions
- Coordinate patient care and assist with patient education
- Administer medications and provide emergency response support
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team on patient care plans
Education and licensure: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current appropriate state licensure. Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
Experience and skills: Compassionate, collaborative, and reliable. Previous experience as a Registered Nurse and chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
Physical demands and working conditions: This role involves direct patient care and may require heavy lifting and prolonged standing. The work environment is characteristic of a health care facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels. Travel to training sites or other facilities may be required.
