Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for the internal voice infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.

• Design and develop IVR menus, call flows, and voice prompts to ensure seamless customer interactions.

• Lead the transition from Genesys to a CCaaS platform, ensuring minimal disruption to service and optimal performance.

• Lead continuous improvement and tools integration efforts to optimize telecom solutions within an IT ServiceDesk structure.

What You Will Be Doing

• The Telecom Expert will be responsible for creating, maintaining, updating, and planning strategic roadmaps for our internal voice infrastructure.

• Oversee the transition from our current Genesys platform to a new CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solution.
