Software Engineer - Data Warehouse, Dashboard Development, and AI Integration

We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Software Engineer to lead the creation of a data warehouse, optimize Microsoft applications, and develop a unified dashboard while integrating cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance business processes and decision-making.

What You’ll Do: 

Data Warehouse Development:

• Design and implement a scalable data warehouse solution to unify and consolidate data from multiple sources.

• Ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility for seamless analytics and reporting.

• Enhance and optimize Microsoft applications, including Forms, to improve efficiency and usability. • Integrate custom solutions for seamless data collection and processing. 

Unified Dashboard Development:

• Develop a centralized, user-friendly dashboard to provide actionable insights and real-time data visualization. • Incorporate AI-driven analytics to enhance reporting and predictive insights. 

AI Integration: 

 • Identify and integrate AI tools and technologies to automate processes, analyze trends, and improve forecasting accuracy.

 • Leverage machine learning models to uncover patterns and opportunities within data.

 • Implement natural language processing (NLP) for advanced querying and data interaction.

Platform Migration Planning:

• Prioritize platforms for migration based on business impact and operational efficiency.

• Develop a phased migration plan to ensure minimal business disruption.

Project Scoping and Planning:

• Determine team size, scope, and duration of projects based on: 

• Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requirements.

• Migration priorities.

• Budget and resource availability. 

• Desired timelines.

 Automation Implementation:

• Automate data transfer between platforms using tools like Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other       technologies.

• Provide immediate relief from manual processes, reducing errors and update delays.

• Ensure seamless deployment with minimal disruption to operations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Strong experience in data warehouse design, development, and maintenance. 

• Expertise in integrating AI and machine learning solutions into business processes 

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, workflow optimization, and custom development. 

• Proficiency in dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, with AI-driven analytics       capabilities. 

• Experience in planning and executing platform migrations.

• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as NetSuite, Python, SQL, or similar. 

• Strong understanding of automation tools, including Excel VBA and workflow automation software. 

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at the desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
