Job Title: Pega Tester
Location: Remote (100%)

*This program requires IRS MBI clearance.

Job Description:
Craft comprehensive testing plans for software developed on the Pega Platform, mentor junior testers, and oversee all aspects of the testing process. They leverage their expertise in various testing methodologies to ensure software quality and guide development teams. This role also involves analyzing user requirements, developing test scripts, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Active IRS MBI clearance preferable
• Familiar with Pega or similar low-code COTS platforms testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities.
• Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to work remotely and securely.
• Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
• Develops comprehensive testing plans that align with project objectives and risk assessments.
• Provides ongoing coaching and guidance to less experienced testers, fostering their professional development through knowledge sharing and hands-on experience.
• Develops, maintains, and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products.
• Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing.
• Analyses test cases and provides regular progress reports.

• Serves as a subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications.
• Participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
